A Student Support Initiative

Operation Scholars is focused on supporting students through mentorship, intervention, academic guidance, and relationship-centered support designed to help young people succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Through trauma-informed practices, family engagement, and close collaboration with schools and staff, we provide individualized support that helps students build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and create healthier long-term outcomes.

We believe meaningful student success starts with relationships, consistency, accountability, and access to the right support systems before challenges escalate into long-term disconnection.

A Violence Prevention Initiative of Operation Scholars

Operation CommUNITY is a community-based violence prevention initiative created to support adolescents ages 11–18 through early intervention, emotional skill development, mentorship, and family-centered support.

We understand that many youth are navigating trauma, instability, peer pressure, school disengagement, and environments that challenge their ability to succeed. Operation CommUNITY was designed to address those challenges before they escalate into violence, school removal, or justice involvement.

Operation TTG focuses on developing the whole student-athlete — not just athletic performance. We support academics by helping students stay eligible, improve performance, and build stronger educational habits. Through attendance and engagement support, we help students develop consistency, accountability, and a stronger connection to school.

Our mentorship and trauma-informed approach also strengthens social-emotional development by building confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier decision-making skills. Beyond athletics, we focus on future readiness by helping students identify goals, explore future pathways, and prepare for opportunities that extend far beyond sports.
